Assembly

Assembly is a crucial stage of the pump manufacturing. In an inter-operational warehouse, all parts for assembling components are formed into separate sets. Preliminary preparation of parts, well-coordinated work of our highly skilled fitters allow us to ship equipment efficiently and on due date.

The machine-assembly shop of our company is equipped with all the necessary electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic tools and devices for assembly and repair operations.

For testing parts we use a certified hydraulic test bench at the enterprise. All rotors of the pumps undergo dynamic balancing.

The QC department checks and makes the photographic evidence of the quality of parts at all operations according to the regulations and technical processes. All information is brought to the company's filing system.
